PJRY-SH燒結(jié)爐采用不銹鋼爐體雙層水冷套結(jié)構(gòu)，處理材料全部采用金屬電阻加熱，通過輻射從加熱器直接傳向被加熱工件。加壓壓頭可根據(jù)工藝要求采用TZM（鈦鋯鉬）合金或CFC高強度碳碳復(fù)合纖維制成，在高溫下對工件施加壓力，壓力可達800噸
